Learn more about how GlobalTix is revolutionising the tourism industry at www.globaltix.com.Role DescriptionThe National Sales Manager will lead GlobalTix’s sales efforts across Indonesia, focusing on expanding online sales channels and strengthening relationships with OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), distributors, and tourism partners.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive online sales growth by identifying and securing new partnerships with OTAs and digital platforms.Manage national sales strategy, aligning with company goals and market trends.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and long-term collaboration.Oversee account management for key partners, ensuring satisfaction and performance.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics and identify opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, product, operations) to support sales initiatives and partner success.QualificationsExperience: 3–5 years in sales, preferably in travel tech, tourism, or e-commerce sectors.Skills: Strong negotiation and communication abilitiesProven track record in online sales or digital distributionAnalytical thinking and strategic planningFamiliarity with OTA platforms and tourism distribution networksEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Language: Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.Location: Hybrid setup — flexibility to work remotely and attend in-person meetings in Jakarta, Yogyakarta or Denpasar.
