Company ProfileOn behalf of our client, a leading European manufacturer of valves for the industrial gas industry, globally recognized for engineering excellence, innovation, and compliance with international standards, we are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to lead and grow the business across Japan.The National Sales Manager – Japan will be responsible for driving national sales strategy, revenue growth, and key account development with industrial gas manufacturers, while managing partner networks and positioning the company as a preferred European valve supplier in the Japanese market.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the national sales strategy for valve solutions serving industrial gas manufacturersDevelop and manage strategic relationships with major industrial gas producers and OEM partnersDrive new business, specifications, and long-term supply agreementsManage distributors and commercial partners across JapanRepresent the company as the senior commercial leader in JapanQualifications10+ years’ sales experience in valves, industrial gases, or flow control equipmentProven national sales responsibility in JapanExperience working with European or multinational manufacturers preferredStrong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsNative-level Japanese and business-fluent English required
