We are recruiting!OverviewOur client, an international company in the quick service restaurant industry, is looking for a National Sales Operations Manager for their operations in Kenya. The ideal candidate will be expected to manage the overall affairs of one of their specific brands and drive growth, profits, and customer satisfaction. In addition to that, plan and monitor the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective functioning. The ideal candidate will also be asked to develop long-term operational strategies and align them with broader business objectives. Previous experience in the pizza restaurant industry is a must, including 5+ years in senior management overseeing multiple outlets.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a business-related courseOver 5+ years operational experience in senior management managing approximately 10+ stores.Ability to train staff at the store on standard operating procedures.Previous experience overseeing a pizza restaurant with multiple outlets is required.Ability to motivate and inspire team towards shared vision.Ability to read, understand and apply financial reports.Business acumenGood communication skillsAbility to interact at all levelsExcellent planning and organizations skillsQualified candidates are welcome to apply.
