Certis Security Australia is seeking a dynamic National Training Manager to drive capability, compliance, and accreditation for our regulated workforce in aviation, maritime, and critical infrastructure environments.About The RoleAs National Training Manager, you’ll be hands-on in building and accrediting our workforce, collaborating with government regulators, industry bodies, and site-based teams. You’ll ensure our training programs and accreditation pathways are fully aligned with the Screener Accreditation Scheme and the regulatory frameworks governing aviation, maritime, and critical infrastructure security.You’ll lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs, integrating modern learning methodologies and digital tools to enhance operational readiness and compliance. Acting as a strategic partner to operational leaders, you’ll translate regulatory expectations into practical, performance-based learning outcomes—ensuring Certis maintains a future-ready, accredited workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement national training strategies aligned with business objectives and Australian Government compliance requirements.Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for Aviation, Air Cargo, Maritime, and Critical Infrastructure teams.Collaborate with regulatory bodies (eg. Department of Home Affairs, CISC) and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence.Oversee national training teams and drive innovation in training delivery, including digital, technology-based and blended learning solutions.Establish best-practice systems testing and audit programs to proactively identify non-compliance and improvement opportunities.Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and professional development.Maintain accurate electronic training records and reporting, ensuring all training and accreditation meets regulatory and client standards. About YouProven experience designing and delivering large-scale training programs, ideally in aviation, maritime, or critical infrastructure.
