Reporting to the Commercial Partner Manager, you will develop and deliver medical training programs for our Sales Representatives across a wide range of products and therapy areas – schizophrenia, dermatology (including skin cancer treatment), eyecare, endocrinology, women’s health, insomnia and more. Your success will be your ability to translate technical terminology into simple, effective information that our Sales Representatives can use with their customers.This is a unique opportunity for someone who has a background in pharmacy and a passion for training, to develop their experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Responsibilities will include: Developing, updating and facilitating training programs on the product portfolio from a technical stand point to educate our Sales RepresentativesWorking closely with our Brand Managers to ensure all claims and statements approved are current, accurate and can be substantiatedRegularly updating our online training portal to ensure information regarding our products is current and accurateLiaising with internal teams to keep abreast of training prioritiesContributing to new business development initiatives as requiredAbout you:Tertiary qualified in pharmacy and ideally gained at least 2+ years’ experience within the Pharmaceutical industryKnowledge of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct preferredConfident communication skills to be able to engage and present to large groupsHigh level of motivation to work autonomously and also be a team player to deliver exceptional resultsExcellent attention to detail and sound time management skills with the ability to be flexible and meet conflicting deadlines.Bring your scientific expertise to a role centered on learning and development, making a direct impact on the capability and success of our commercial team.
