What You'll DoMain Hotel Resource Management:Independently develop and manage overseas (Japan) hotel resources, including independent hotels, chain hotels, and high-star block room hotels.Business Negotiations:Conduct business negotiations for hotel resource procurement, implement risk cost control, and effectively manage issues during contract signing and execution.Market Analytics:Collect and analyze local market competition dynamics, including competitors’ pricing across various channels.Merchant Communication and Strategy:Formulate corresponding and effective contract negotiation strategies based on the characteristics of hotels in the assigned region and competitors’ market layouts.Partner Engagement and Relationship Management: Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with hotels, closely collaborate with the headquarters and relevant business departments, and enhance the profit margin of hotel products.What You'll NeedWorking experience: At least 3 years of work experience in hotels or travel agencies, with familiarity with the direct procurement model of hotels in the assigned region; experience in hotel sales is preferred.Teamwork and CommunicationStrong communication and negotiation skills, with sensitivity to data and aptitude for capturing key points. Proactive and self-motivated, able to adapt to an independent overseas work environment, and with strong stress resistanceEducation Background: Junior college degree or above; tourism/hospitality management major is preferred.Language Skills:Proficient in English and Japanese as working languages; Native speakers with Mandarin.Fluency in other minor languages is a plus.Business Acumen: Advanced understanding of key business principles, metrics, and industry and/or destination landscapes at a senior level, coupled with extensive knowledge of the company's products/services and strategic vision, critical for driving strategic planning, business growth, and achieving ambitious goals.Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgroundsA start-up attitude – highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that’s not afraid to work independently when required
