Job Description

Natura Pharm is an importing and manufacturing company with a leading presence in the Foot Care products market. We are currently seeking a Sales Manager, based in Athens, to support and expand our B2B client base, which includes pharmacies, pharmaceutical wholesalers and professional podiatrists. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the annual sales plan, aligned with the corporate objectives. Manage and expand the existing customer portfolio. Identify and pursue new markets and business opportunities. Monitor and evaluate sales performance through KPIs. Guide and support the sales team through ongoing training and coaching.

Collaborate with the Marketing Department to organize and implement Promotional Campaigns (both online & offline). Work closely with the Branding Department to ensure consistent product identity across all customer touchpoints. Plan and approve travel itineraries and sales routes. Track and document customer needs (market trends, client feedback, complaints, requests) in coordination with the sales team. RequirementsUniversity degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 3 years' of experience as a Sales Manager or B2B Key Account Manager, preferably withing the pharmaceutical or para pharmaceutical industry. Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and MS Office for commercial use.

Excellent command of English both written and spoken. Strong analytical skills, leadership and negotiation capabilities. Valid driving license and willingness to travel throughout Greece.
