The ideal candidate will inspire curiosity, foster scientific thinking, and create an engaging learning environment for learners in Grades 7 to 9.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging and age-appropriate Natural Sciences lessons aligned with the CAPS curriculum.Foster a love for science through practical experiments, inquiry-based learning, and interactive teaching methods.Assess and monitor learner progress, providing constructive feedback and support.Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary learning and contribute to school-wide initiatives.Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.Minimum RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Education (BEd) or relevant Science qualification with PGCE.SACE registration.Minimum 2 years teaching experience in Natural Sciences at intermediate phase level.Strong classroom management and communication skills.Passion for education and commitment to learner development.AdvantageousExperience in independent or private schooling environments.Familiarity with digital teaching tools and blended learning approaches.Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
