You’ll manage the full administrative process, from learner enrolments to reporting — ensuring compliance with INSETA requirements and internal audit standards.What You’ll DoHandle end-to-end programme administration to ensure seamless execution of all training initiatives.Capture learner enrolments accurately on both internal and INSETA systems.Ensure invoices, remittances, and completion certificates are collected, verified, and securely stored each month.Record and track all training spend in line with internal reporting requirements.Create and maintain document folders for efficient retrieval during audits.Assist in preparing progress and closure reports for each legislative programme, aligned with INSETA reporting standards and timelines.What Will Make You Successful In This RoleStrong administrative and organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.Ability to work collaboratively within a team while taking ownership of your deliverables.Proactive and self-driven with the confidence to take initiative.Excellent relationship-building skills and a commitment to living the Miway values in every interactionMinimum RequirementsMinimum Qualification RequiredDegree/ Diploma in HR/ Industrial PsychologyODETDP Qualification (advantageous) Minimum ExperienceMust be between the ages of 18 and 35Must be South African CitizensMust be unemployed (Interns must have less than 6 months previous employment for consideration)Should not have been on an internship with INSETA beforeMust have a completed relevant qualification a degree or diplomaKnowledge And SkillsFacilitation/ presentation of trainingTraining Assessments and feedback/ reportingTraining material/content development and updatingTraining Queries, ad-hoc support and projectsPersonal AttributesPlans and aligns - Contributing independentlyCommunicates effectively - Contributing independentlyDecision quality - Contributing independentlyInterpersonal savvy - Contributing independentlyCore CompetenciesCultivates innovation - Contributing independentlyCustomer focus - Contributing independentlyDrives results - Contributing independentlyCollaborates - Contributing independentlyBeing resilient - Contributing independentlyTurnaround timeThe shortlisting process will only start once the application due date has been reached.
