We’re Hiring: Naval Architect Contract Type: Remote | Project-Based (Contract)Experience Level: ExpertNavalty is looking for an experienced Naval Architect to join our innovative marine design team.We’re currently developing a jet-powered boat with a sleek, car-inspired design, a unique fusion of automotive aesthetics and advanced naval engineering.This project challenges traditional marine design by combining hydrodynamic precision, aerodynamic styling, and cutting-edge CFD analysis to achieve a vessel that performs as exceptionally as it looks.Role Overview:As our Naval Architect, you’ll lead the entire boat design process from concept development to final engineering, ensuring the design meets both technical and aesthetic excellence. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and visualization teams to create a next-generation marine craft that pushes boundaries.Responsibilities:Develop and refine hull geometry for optimal performance with jet propulsion systemsConduct CFD simulations for drag reduction, lift optimization, and water flow efficiencyPerform hydrostatic, stability, and structural analysisCreate 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using RhinoIntegrate aerodynamic and automotive-inspired design principles into the marine structurePrepare stability and performance reports for design validationSupport the team from the concept phase through to production-ready deliverablesRequirements:Proven experience in boat or yacht design, especially jet-driven or innovative hull formsExpert proficiency in Rhino 3DDeep understanding of CFD analysis, hydrostatics, and structural designAbility to merge aesthetic design with functional engineeringStrong communication and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary environmentIf you’re passionate about redefining marine innovation, blending the world of automotive styling with hydrodynamic performance, we’d love to collaborate with you.Join Navalty, where bold ideas take shape on water.Send your portfolio and project samples to Shaharyar@navalty.com
