Industry: EngineeringJob Type: Contractual 2 years (Renewable)Work Site: JapanOffice Location: Johor BahruSalary: RM7,000 to RM12,000ResponsibilitiesPerform NDT inspections including Radiographic Testing (RT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), and Penetrant Testing (PT) according to approved procedures and codes.Interpret and evaluate test results in accordance with applicable standards (ASME, API, AWS, ISO, etc.).Prepare and maintain accurate inspection reports and documentation.Verify and calibrate NDT equipment to ensure reliability and accuracy.Ensure all inspection activities comply with company HSE and quality management systems.Communicate findings and recommendations to project engineers and quality teams.Support project QA/QC and asset integrity programs as required.RequirementsCertification: Valid ASNT Level II or ISO 9712 Level II in UT, RT, MT, and PT (minimum).Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an NDT Inspector in the oil & gas, petrochemical, or related heavy industry.Knowledge: Familiar with international codes and standards (ASME, API, ISO, ASTM).Good understanding of inspection procedures, safety standards, and reporting requirements.Other Requirements:Willing to work onshore/offshore and travel as required.Valid medical and safety training certificates (BOSIET, H2S, etc.) are an advantage.
