In this role, you'll collaborate with U.S.-based Controllers and international accounting professionals to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP while delivering timely, accurate financials that drive growth and confidence for our clients.If you're passionate about leadership, client service, and process improvement--and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment--this is the role for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial LeadershipLead full-cycle accounting for multiple client entities, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.Review and prepare financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations.Supervise, mentor, and train offshore accounting team members.Develop and maintain client budgets, forecasts, and financial models.Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.Core Accounting OperationsOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll reconciliations, and general ledger processes.Support inventory management, cost accounting, and order fulfillment cycles.Conduct variance analyses and assist with operational and manufacturing finance as needed.Technical Expertise & ComplianceApply advanced knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting, prepaid/deferred expenses, and fixed assets.Partner with tax advisors to support compliance and filings (C Corp, S Corp, LLC).Coordinate documentation for sales tax, franchise tax, R&D credits, and 1099/W-9 reporting.Technology & ToolsWork With Top-tier Accounting And Business Systems, IncludingAccounting Platforms: QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuiteExpense & Billing: Bill.com, Ramp, Expensify, ConcurPayroll: Gusto, ADP, Justworks, TrinetE-commerce & Payments: Shopify, Amazon, Stripe, PayPalInventory Tools: Cin7, Fishbowl, SOS InventoryRequiredRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProven background as a seasoned accounting professional with strong technical and managerial expertiseDeep understanding of U.S. GAAP and full-cycle accounting practicesDemonstrated success in managing and developing distributed or offshore teamsAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, and formulas)Excellent communication and client relationship management skillsPreferredCPA or CMA certificationExperience with multi-entity, international, or manufacturing clientsFamiliarity with automation tools or systems integrationWhy Join B ConsultingPartner directly with founders and executive teams of fast-growing companiesGain exposure to multiple industries and innovative business modelsWork remotely with flexibility, autonomy, and a collaborative cultureBenefit from a strong commitment to professional growth and continuous learningJob Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday - FridayExperience Level: MidCompensation: Competitive, based on experienceWork Model: Remote (LATAM)Equal Opportunity StatementB Consulting is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
