You will play a crucial role in supporting efficient and compliant trade operations for Lenovo. This role is mapped to Lenovo’s US Global Headquarters in Morrisville, NC (Raleigh/Durham area) with the expectation that work is performed in a hybrid setting (3 days in office; 2 days remote).Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Documentation: Review and validate documentation for compliance and operational accuracy.Monitor Regulatory Updates: Monitor and assess regulatory changes impacting business operations.Global Compliance Oversight: Support adherence to international regulations across all countries where business is conducted.Risk Mitigation: Conduct investigations to minimize legal and operational risks.Tariff Management: Monitor and manage tariffs to ensure cost efficiency and regulatory compliance, and support recovery processes.Communication Coordination: Effectively convey regulatory and tariff changes to internal stakeholders and customs brokers, ensuring accurate implementation.Basic QualificationsA bachelor’s degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong analytical skills: attention to detail and driven attitude to take ownership and deliver on commitments.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex regulatory and operational information to diverse internal and external stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience coordinating with supply chain and customs departments to facilitate compliant global trade operations and effective tariff managementStrong innovative mindset with the ability to streamline processes and adapt to evolving regulatory landscapesAbility to collaborate and work across functional groupsVisa Sponsorship: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
