Job Description

Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end monthly payroll processing, including statutory payments and contributions. Maintain and update the payroll system; liaise with vendors to resolve related issues. Manage employee leave records and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and compliance with leave policies. Coordinate with government bodies and auditors for payroll-related documentation. Prepare and submit monthly, annual, and ad hoc HR reports—including Form E and EA forms—strictly within the required timelines. Prepare HR-related letters, manage staff records, and monitor probation and contract expiry for timely follow-up. Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews and required documentation.

Support recruitment and training activities when needed. Assist in organising company events, including town halls. Perform other duties as assigned by the superior. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, with exposure to end-to-end payroll processing. Solid understanding of Malaysian employment laws and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc. ). High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling payroll and employee records. Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Adaptable and agile, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
