This is a opportunity to play a key role in a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, including: Expansion projects for new packaging and filling linesUpgrades to legacy control systemsA major greenfield facility, with construction slated to begin in Q4 2025Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the complete automation scope, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Collaborate with vendors and partners to define system architecture, specifications, control strategies, and operational sequences throughout all design phases. Contribute to the development and maintenance of project schedules and documentation trackers. Participate in project meetings and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, including Automation, CSV, and CQV engineers. Candidate Requirements: Demonstrated experience leading medium to large engineering teams within the automation domain. Strong background in vendor and stakeholder management. Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Holder of a valid European passport. Prior experience in the biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector is essential.
