12 monthsHybrid-way of workingA day in the life…Collaborate mainly with Procurement Sourcing and Indirect Materials (S&IM) Buyer to understand procurement needs and requirements of Marketing & Corporate FunctionsAssist in the sourcing and procurement of goods and services for Marketing & Corporate functionsSupport the contracting process with suppliers, ensuring prompt delivery/quality and complianceSupport handling of promo items (i. e through order windows to stakeholders etc)Create & update Procurement supplier lists, support VLC (Vendor Life Cycle) and other Procurement administrative tasks (i. e.

POs, blocked invoices etc)Stay updated on best practices in procurement, continuously enhancing knowledge and skillsWhat Makes You SuccessfulBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing prioritiesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsProficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software or SAP is a plusStrong commitment to sustainability and ethical business practicesAbility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset Why you should applyEnjoy the wide range of Nestlé benefits such as:
