.NET Engineer

We’re growing! We’re expanding our team and looking for multiple .NET Engineers to join an exciting project for our UK client in the betting industry. You’ll be part of a team building a social betting app that connects users and makes betting more interactive and engaging. Find out more!What you’ll be doing:Designing, building and implementing functionalities on multiple backend systemsCo-owning the development lifecycle for developed features, ensuring strict QA and release managementIntegrating and communicating with industry-leading 3rd party providers for betting, finance, and customer processesMaintaining and optimizing SQL databases with high-throughput replication scenariosCollaborating with stakeholders as well as other cross-functional teams to ensure high-performance of the systemIdentifying and troubleshooting issues using cloud monitoring tools What we are looking for in a .NET Engineer is:3+ years of experience with .NETExperience with microservice architectureExperience in event-driven architectures (Azure Event Hub, Kafka)Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and KubernetesGreat interpersonal and communication skillsProactive, team-oriented, and results-focusedExcellent English speaking skills It would be cool if you also have, but it’s not necessary:Domain knowledge in betting is a plusExperience with high-traffic B2C systemsA little bit about usPontis Technology is a Croatian IT services company with offices in Croatia, Germany, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
