.NET Engineering Lead

We are seeking a skilled .NET Engineering Lead to join a project for one of our key Clients.As an Engineering Lead, you'll supervise 3–7 direct reports, handling their professional development while continuing your hands-on work as a Software Engineer. Your responsibilities will include training and evaluating engineers, as well as overseeing team performance and growth.
