Project Manager Retrofit & Upgrades

Job description:We are looking for a Project Manager Retrofit & Upgrades (m/f/d) in Cracow. Your Tasks Lead retrofit and upgrade projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met Coordinate project planning, documentation, and execution across all involved disciplines Maintain customer relationships and manage meetings and correspondence Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards on site Support contract, claim, and change management in collaboration with PMC Oversee procurement, shipping, and site management activities Initiation of design freeze, reviews and approvals in Engineering & Design Conduct project reviews, document lessons learned, and ensure smooth handover to Service organization  Profile description:Your Profile Proven leadership skills with a goal-oriented and customer-focused mindset Certified in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) with experience in construction or engineering Strong knowledge of safety regulations and project tools (ERP, MS Office, MS Project) Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Fluent in German and English Hands-on, flexible, and confident in conflict management  We offer: Our OfferAndritz AG offers a secure job in an innovative and international company with long-term development opportunities.  Talent & leadership programs Flexible working time model Home office option Various employee discounts Subsidized company restaurant Parking spaces & public accessibility  Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary.
