Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Solution Train Engineer (STE) – Pharma DomainLocation: Remote (Must be in Poland) Type: Long Term ContractWe are looking for an experienced RTE or Solution Train Engineer to support a large, multi-team AI-ready data platform program within the pharma domain. The ideal candidate has deep SAFe program-level leadership and has coordinated delivery across many Scrum teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ART / Solution Train execution across multiple Agile teams.Run all major SAFe ceremonies: PI Planning, ART/PO Sync, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt.Coordinate dependencies, risks, and release milestones across 8–15+ Scrum teams.Drive flow, transparency, and predictable delivery using SAFe practices.Work closely with Product, Architecture, QA/Validation, and Data teams.Ensure delivery meets GxP/CSV expectations in a regulated pharma environment.Must-Have Experience3+ years as RTE / STE or similar SAFe program-level role.Proven leadership of multiple Scrum teams (8–15+) in large programs.Strong facilitation of PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies.Pharma / Life Sciences background with GxP/CSV exposure.Hands-on with Jira / Azure DevOps and program reporting tools.PreferredSAFe certifications (RTE, SPC, SA, POPM).Experience with data platforms or AI/ML programs.If interested, please share your CV along with details of: • ART/Solution Train size • Number of Scrum teams supported • SAFe certs • Pharma/GxP examplesswathi@scubedimensions.com
