Nuestro Equipo De Recepción Se Compone De Las Siguientes PosicionesFront Desk (Agente, Agente de noche y Supervisores): realiza tareas de check-in y check-out, procesa pagos, resuelve dudas y da seguimiento a los comentarios y sugerencias de los huéspedes del hotel.Guest Relations & Concierge (Agente, Supervisor): se aseguran de que todos los huéspedes tengan una experiencia única, memorable y personalizada en el resort basándose en la sorpresa y anticipación. Our Reception Team Includes The Following PositionsFront Desk (Agent, Night Agent & Supervisor): performs check-in and check-out tasks, processes payments, resolves queries and follows up on comments and suggestions from hotel guests.Guest Relations & Concierge (Agent & Supervisor): ensure that all guests have a unique, memorable and personalised experience at the resort based on surprise and anticipation.
