Our Warsaw office engineering teams build products that our internal and external creative partners use to deliver Netflix titles to delight members around the world. We are looking for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Talent team in the Warsaw office.
The role will focus on Talent strategy execution for multiple engineering verticals located in the Warsaw hub. It will function as the frontline consultant for engineering people managers, and their teams (small-scope teams and orgs reporting out to Los Gatos, California). The key area of focus for the HRBP is to grow manager capability, monitor organizational health, and drive high performance through manager education on important people programs, tools, and processes. The HRBP role is a new role based in Warsaw.
It reports to the Director, HR Business Partner - CEE and works closely with the broader Talent team, specifically our US colleagues.
Key ResponsibilitiesAlign local practices to execute the CEE Talent strategy among engineering verticalsGuide managers on Talent Density, career, and development conversations as well as growth plans to ensure the high performance of the Dream TeamsProvide proactively insights and recommendations based on observations, Employee Satisfaction Survey results, as well as other data points to ensure equitable employee experience and team effectivenessCoach people managers on performance management and development plansAdvise and manage questions for the rollout of global Talent ProgramsSupport Netflix employees’ integration including initiatives for new hire orientations and immersion in the Netflix cultureAct as the main point of contact for the engineering Netflix employees Conduct regular pulse syncs with employees and managers to assess leadership, overall team effectiveness, and organizational healthAnalyze data in areas such as promotions, hiring, and exits, highlighting trends to inform decisionsPartner on employee relations matters with the Employment Legal and Employee Services team (e.
