Also, some legacy equipment from Cisco and Alcatel, and a few Fortinets for OOB managementAssist in cloud networking initiatives as migration progressesManage IP address spaces, subnets, VLANsContribute to network perimeter security and participate in on-call rotationsTasksRouting configurationWriting detailed instructions and documentation for on-site engineers to perform physical or hands-on tasks if neededDaily remote network operations and incident responseProject-based network configuration and upgradesSecurity operations including DDoS mitigation (Imperva) and firewall management (Fortinet)Tech StackRouting protocols: BGP, ISIS, EVPN-VXLANVendors: Juniper (MX, QFX, SRX), legacy Cisco and Alcatel, Fortinet for OOB and firewallsDDoS protection: ImpervaFirewalls: Fortinet (for PCI-DSS firewalls)Linux servers: (CentOS/RHEL) network subsystemsEnvironments: 5 physical locations (Europe and USA) + GCPNetwork protocols: IPv4 (IPv6 optional), ICMP, TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNSLoad balancing and VLANs (802.1Q, bonding, 802.1X)Tooling: No specific requirements for configuration management or network monitoring toolsSkillsExperience with BGP, ISIS, EVPN-VXLANAbility to document clear instructions for on-site teamsGeneral adaptability to different tooling environmentsSecurity knowledge (DDoS protection, firewall rule management)On-CallYes, included in a week-long 24x7 support rotation approximately every 3rd weekWhat We OfferDynamic and supporting international teams.Regular assessments and performance reviews.
