Job DescriptionWe are seeking a leadership for all enterprise infrastructure, data center strategy, network architecture, endpoint management, and cybersecurity operations. Ensures the scalability, performance, and regulatory compliance of infrastructure platforms that power core FinTech services, while aligning closely with CTO and business continuity mandates. This shall be a manager level position.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a multi-year infrastructure and cybersecurity roadmap, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premise strategies.Architect resilient, scalable systems to support 24x7 FinTech operations, including high-availability failover, DR, and capacity planning.Oversee design and implementation of enterprise network architecture, firewall zoning, VPNs, and WAN connectivity.Own enterprise cybersecurity strategy, including access management, threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and SOC oversight.Lead infrastructure planning for all platform launches (e.g., Huawei core), including rack design, power distribution, and system redundancy.Direct disaster recovery planning and testing, RTO/RPO alignment, and regulatory infrastructure audits (e.g., PCI-DSS).Define and govern security controls, intrusion detection/prevention, encryption standards, and identity lifecycle management.Manage procurement of critical infrastructure and security software/hardware in collaboration with finance and vendor teams.Lead cross-functional governance forums to address risk, uptime, and service degradation scenarios.Serve as the primary liaison with auditors, external assessors, and international vendors on infrastructure and security matters.Required Skillset & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, BSc CSIT or other equivalent degree recognized by Universities in NepalMinimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in infrastructure, enterprise IT, or security architecture leadership roles.Deep knowledge of:Networking & Security Tools: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Juniper, pfSense, CrowdStrike.Systems & Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM.Cloud & Automation: AWS VPC, Azure, Terraform, Ansible.Security & Compliance: ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, OWASP Top 10.Proven experience managing large hybrid environments and geographically redundant systems.Demonstrated success in building or transforming IT security and network operations from the ground up.Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (change, incident, and problem management).Familiarity with BCP/DR best practices, data encryption, endpoint hardening, and zero-trust architecture.Effective communicator and decision-maker at the C-suite and board level.Skills: management,cybersecurity,cisco ios,vlan,architecture,active directory,infrastructure
