Network and Security team member

Job Description :Required competency: Security Administration as primary skill set. Experience level: At least 4 years of relevant experienceResponsibilities: Advanced understanding of TCP/IP, common networking ports and protocols, traffic flow, system administration, OSI model, defense-in-depth and common security elements.Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data (e.g. Netflow, FPC), and other attack artifacts in support of incident investigationsExperience with vulnerability scanning solutionsFamiliarity with the DOD Information Assurance Vulnerability Management program.Proficiency with any of the following: Anti-Virus, HIPS, ID/PS, Full Packet Capture, Host-Based Forensics, Network Forensics, and RSA SecurityIn-depth knowledge of architecture, engineering, and operations of at least one enterprise SIEM platform (e.g. Nitro/McAfee Enterprise Security Manager, ArcSight, QRadar, LogLogic, Splunk)Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.Upgrades system by implementing and maintaining security controls.Keeps users informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status.Maintains quality service by following organization standards.Develop, execute and track the performance of security measures to protect information and network infrastructure and computer systems.Design computer security strategy and engineer comprehensive cybersecurity architecture.Identify, define and document system security requirements and recommend solutions to management.Configure, troubleshoot and maintain security infrastructure software and hardware.Install software that monitors systems and networks for security breaches and intrusions.Monitor systems for irregular behavior and set up preventive measures.Plan, develop, implement and update company’s information security strategy.Educate and train staff on information system security best practices.Mus have good knowledge in either LINUX or WINDOWS.English level - AdvancedAbout Tata Consultancy Services:Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is an IT services, consulting and business solutions organization that has been partnering with many of the world’s largest businesses in their transformation journeys for over 50 years.
