We are always looking for people with relentless energy to push themselves further and find new avenues and unique ways to reach our shared goals.Find out more about what we do here: www.ptsmn.co.idThis position will be placed for: iForte Solusi Infotek, Area BalikpapanWhat You Will Do:Act as a Level-2 Engineer, responsible for Layer-3 OSI operations.Ensure network SLA (Backbone/Distribution/Access) is maintained above 99.5%.Perform troubleshooting with MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery) targets, aligned with regional timelines.Analyze customer disruptions and implement effective resolution strategies.Coordinate regional teams for handling incidents, optimization, migration, upgrades, and maintenance.Conduct technical visits to customer sites and POPs.Monitor network traffic and performance at POPs/sites.Support equipment installation at POPs/sites.Establish and maintain SOPs for operational and maintenance activities.Manage documentation for all operational and maintenance tasks.Be available for 24x7 on-call support.What You Will Need:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field.Proficient in Microsoft Office for daily operations.Strong communication skills; fluent in English (verbal and written).Solid understanding of OSI layers L2–L7.Networking systems knowledge: Routers, Switches, Access Points.Experience with FTTx GPON systems: OLT, ONT, ODP.Advanced configuration skills in routing/switching/MPLS (Cisco, ZTE, Huawei, Mikrotik).Basic knowledge of Fiber Optic Layer-1.Familiarity with ISP infrastructure and power systems (UPS/Inverter).What We Offer:You will be part of one of the fastest-growing connectivity solution provider companies in Indonesia.You will be part of a fast-growing team that continuously strives for delivering client satisfaction.Competitive benefit and exceptional career experience.Due to the high volume of applications we are experiencing, our team will only be in touch with you if your application is shortlisted.
