Responsibilities :Handling second level support for technical issues on Network and Wireless products.Installing, implementing, troubleshoot, problem solving for project and supporting an enterprise’s users.Collaborate with another departments related to project plans, customer prospects, and ongoing projects.Responsible for fulfillment certificationEngineer on siteRequirements :Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer & TechnologyExperienced in implementing routers and switches will be an advantageHaving technical knowledge about the deployment of WLAN in enterprise environments (Aruba/Ruckus/Cisco).Good in interpersonal skill, communication and able to work as part of teamAble to work independently with strong initiative and problem solver attitudeJob Location : Jakarta
