With a growing reputation in the Egyptian tech community, DBUGERZ is committed to empowering future IT professionals through practical, industry-relevant knowledge across networking, cybersecurity, programming, and systems engineering.Role DescriptionDBUGERZ is seeking a part-time, hybrid CCNA Instructor to join our training team in Cairo.The instructor will deliver engaging CCNA training sessions, develop and update course materials, and guide students through networking fundamentals as well as more advanced topics. The role includes mentoring learners, preparing them for the CCNA certification exam, and conducting hands-on labs that strengthen their practical skills. The ideal candidate creates a positive learning environment and helps students build confidence in their technical abilities.ResponsibilitiesDeliver CCNA training sessions in a clear, structured, and engaging mannerConduct hands-on labs using Cisco routers, switches, and virtual environmentsPrepare, maintain, and improve course materials, lab guides, and assessmentsMentor students and support them through exam preparationEvaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedbackMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Cisco technologies and networking best practicesQualificationsStrong knowledge of networking concepts: LAN, WAN, IPv4/IPv6, routing protocols, VLANs, subnetting, and troubleshootingHands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and real network configurationsProven ability to deliver technical training or facilitate lab-based workshopsExcellent communication and presentation skillsCCNA certification requiredCCNP or higher certifications are a strong plusPassion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting learners at different levelsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
