Job Opportunity: Network Support AgentWe are looking for a Network Support Agent to join our team and provide high-quality technical assistance across multiple sites.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2 years in network support or a related technical roleCertification: Valid Cisco CCNATechnical Skills:Hands-on experience with Cisco IP Phones (configuration, troubleshooting, user support)Basic understanding of LAN/WAN, routing, and switchingFamiliarity with ticketing systems and remote support toolsResponsibilities:Provide on-site and remote support for network-related issuesConfigure and troubleshoot Cisco IP Phones and basic network devicesAssist in network monitoring, incident response, and escalation processesMaintain accurate documentation of network configurations and support activitiesCollaborate with senior engineers and project teams to ensure smooth operationsPreferred Skills:Exposure to Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) or VoIP systemsBasic understanding of network security principlesStrong communication and customer service skillsWork Conditions:Location: Multiple sites (to be assigned)Work Hours: Standard business hours, with occasional on-call support
