Once known for its industrial base, it’s now emerging as one of the Kingdom’s next top tourist destinations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure operational excellence, guest satisfaction, community engagement, and strategic growth.Create bespoke experience and ensure all visitors enjoy a high-quality and memorable beach experience aligned with the resort’s brand standards and values.Oversee daily beach operations such as staff management, implementation of safety protocols, and the maintenance of facilities and equipment.Respond to guest requests and feedback professionally, while planning engaging beach activities and events to enhance the overall experience.Support marketing, sales, and promotions to attract guests and boost revenue from cabanas, events, and F&B services.Monitor budgets, ensure cost-effective operations, and uphold safety and security standards.CONNECTIONBuild strong relationships with guests, the local community, and partners to enrich the beach's cultural appeal.Work closely with the F&B team to deliver smooth, enjoyable, and high-quality beachside dining.INNOVATIONIntroduce fresh ideas, services, and trends to elevate the beach experience.Use guest feedback and market insights to guide continuous improvement and long-term growth.Enhance the beach's offerings through innovative programming, service improvements, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.CURATIONCreate a safe, welcoming, and fun beach environment while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, service, and safety.Promote eco-friendly practices and support local events that align with sustainability goals.LEADING THE WAYWork collaboratively across departments and encourage staff to upsell premium offerings and experiences.Lead, train, and motivate the beach team to deliver excellent service while maintaining a positive and upbeat team culture.EXPERIENCE & SKILLSPrevious experience in F&B management, beach club background is desirable.Fluent in English and Arabic.Pre-Opening experience is a plus. Strategic mindset and analytical skills to anticipate market trends and identify business opportunities.Exceptional problem-solving skills to analyse complex issues.Excellent leadership, training, and cost-control skills.Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
