The Network Operator is to ensure service delivery demonstrates Veolia’s commitment to continuous improvement, innovation and customer service while meeting performance and key performance indicators and applying health and safety procedures. Appropriately respond to these in a timely manner, assessing and coordinating remedial action if required.Accurately log all reports and jobs, completing the necessary paperwork and filing where requiredParticipate in the development and implementation of Capital Works improvement programsProvide network operations support to the Networks Supervisor and Veolia team undertaking minor repairs, assisting with major repairs and replacing reticulated pipelines.Positively contribute to the district based operations teams by fostering effective working relationships with field, engineering and management staff, client representatives, customers and suppliers.
