This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee the entire shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly—from production targets to health and safety, quality, and compliance.You’ll be the person who sets the tone for the team, drives performance, and keeps things moving. You’re great at building relationships, coaching your team, and leading by example.Here’s What We’re Looking For Proven experience in a senior production leadership role, ideally in food processing Skilled in training, coaching, and mentoring team members Ability to influence and drive a strong, positive culture aligned with our values: Unstoppable Together, Improving Tomorrow, Always Caring Solid understanding of employee relations and workforce management Strong knowledge of regulatory and hygiene compliance Confident using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Te Ahurea /Why work at Silver Fern Farms?
