The New Car Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales process for new vehicles, ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, monitoring and improving sales performance, and managing inventory. Additional responsibilities include developing sales strategies, mentoring and training the sales team, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Processes to drive performance and meet targetsDemonstrated skills in Customer Service and maintaining high levels of Customer SatisfactionExperience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales is considered beneficialStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in sales software and reporting toolsPrior automotive sales experience is preferred but not mandatoryValid driver's license is required
