Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a New Car Sales Manager based in Oakville, ON. The New Car Sales Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the new car sales operations. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, supervising and mentoring the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Additional duties may include collaborating with other departments to optimize the customer experience and maintaining compliance with dealership policies and standards. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to provide an excellent experience for every customer and build lasting relationshipsExperience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and New Vehicle Sales with the ability to guide and assist the sales teamProficiency in Sales Processes, with a focus on maximizing efficiency and achieving sales targetsStrong leadership and team management capabilities to inspire and mentor a sales teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectivesKnowledge of the automotive industry, including Honda vehicle offerings, is an assetValid driver’s license and a clean driving record
