Job Title: Strategic Account CoordinatorLocation: LondonPermanent Salary: Up to £40,000 Dependant on Experience37.5 Hours per week / Monday to Friday/ Some Hybrid WorkingWe’re looking for a Strategic Account Coordinator to join our Corporate Sales team based in LondonHCA UK’s corporate sales team manage over 1000 corporate clients delivering screening, occupational health, psychological and primary care services and helping clients integrate access to our unmatched system of healthcare. The team also develop opportunities for new business and partnerships with intermediaries and third parties to provide a rich corporate proposition.As a Strategic Account Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in the success and growth of our corporate client portfolio. This role is designed to provide proactive, high-level support to Strategic Client Directors, ensuring that our most valued clients receive an exceptional experience that drives retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnership.Internally, you’ll act as a connector—bringing together departments such as Operations, Legal, IT, Marketing, and Data, to ensure that client requirements are met with precision and agility. Externally, you’ll represent the organisation with professionalism and warmth, contributing to an efficient client experience.Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life. Other’s may think this is just a role in our Corproate Sales Team but to us, you’ll be part of a wider team with a unique sense of purpose, one that helps improve lives on a daily basis.What You’ll DoClient Relationship SupportAct as the first point of contact for key clients and intermediaries, delivering exceptional service and managing queries, escalations, and communications to support Strategic Client Directors.Operational CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams (Operations, Legal, IT, Data, Marketing) to resolve client issues, optimise service delivery, and ensure smooth execution of client-related processes.Contract & Compliance ManagementAssist with contract renewals, infosec reviews, and adherence to internal protocols, while identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficienciesReporting & Data InsightsSupport the preparation of client MI, CRM reports, and performance metrics by working closely with the Data team and CRM SMEs to ensure accuracy and relevance.Event & Campaign SupportCoordinate logistics for client seminars, roundtables, and promotional events, including venue booking, catering, and marketing materials, and attend key client-facing activities as needed.Administrative & Sales EnablementCreate and edit reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Office; manage mail merges and internal/external communications to support sales and client engagement efforts.What You’ll BringProven administrative and secretarial abilities ideally within sales support or as a PA/EAKnowledge of hospital departments ideally from a healthcare backgroundStrong minute taking abilities.Good customer facing experience.Good data analysis and reporting skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills alongside good stakeholder and client relationship experienceComputer literate, a high level of competence in Microsoft Office packages and databases / systemsGood organizational skillsKnowledge of corporate insurance (desirable)Why HCA UK?Originally founded over 50 years ago by Dr Thomas Frist, HCA has gone on to become one of the world’s leading healthcare providers.
