Job DescriptionSeller Support: Act as the primary point of contact for sellers and internal stakeholders, such as handling inquiries and giving operational guidance.
Ensure timely and clear communication to resolve concerns effectively. Administrative Coordination: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and internal coordination. Training Material Development: Create training materials and guides to educate sellers and internal stakeholders on best practices, policies, and procedures. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and consistency. RequirementsBachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of professional experienceBilingual in English and Korean to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the regionStrong communications skills with excellent organisational capacityStrong problem-solving capabilities and a solution-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
