New Product Development (Skincare) Internship in Delhi

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include Be an active skincare user who is genuinely passionate about healthy skin and staying updated with the latest trends. Assist the skincare team with simple ingredient research and basic product testing. Try out products (when approved) and share honest feedback on texture, feel, and overall experience. Stay on top of trending skincare content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms. Track influencer recommendations, viral products, and popular routines, and share key insights with the team. Support the NPD (New Product Development) team with small tasks related to product development or content creation. Help with everyday tasks, coordination, and assist different team members whenever needed.Key Skills Required Strong passion for skincare, beauty, and personal care. Up-to-date knowledge of skincare trends, viral products, and industry conversations. Active awareness of social media platforms, influencer content, and beauty communities. Basic understanding of skincare ingredients and skin types. Good research skills with the ability to identify relevant trends and insights. Strong communication and presentation skills. Attention to detail when testing and documenting product results. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
