ResponsibilitiesCreate a new product concept through in-depth research into the market trends.everything must be recorded through project management tools and timeline, you will be a person who guide and make sure each functions work as timeline and agreedInvolve in a product development project from market research to product final launchInnovating new products product regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product.In charge to take all the responsibility for the whole product innovation process.Engage internal and external end-users to gather insight that informs product decisions.RequirementsCandidates must possess at least bachelor’s degree in any major ( Pharmacy is a point plus)Able to run project management with tools is a must (microsoft project, mic. excel etc)Minimum 1-year experience in beauty product development.Fluent in English, both oral and written.Has a broad knowledge of skincare or makeup ingredients and/or is a beauty enthusiast.
