As a Product Manager at Nexite, you will play a critical role in shaping our product's direction. You will continuously explore customer needs, prototype and test new features, leverage real-time item-level data, and translate insights into high-impact product improvements. Responsibilities: Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful product capabilities. Use behavioral, sales, and operational data to drive decisions and measure outcomes. Continuously engage in customer discovery and experimentation. Rapidly prototype and iterate using GenAI to shape concepts, draft requirements, and build early prototypes.

Drive vision and strategy grounded in customer needs and market insights. Champion usability, customer value, and business outcomes. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS startup. Demonstrated and recent (past 6+ months) deep usage of GenAI tools in your PM workflow—from vibe coding and user story generation to interface prototyping and AI-assisted analysis. Deep analytical skills; proficient in turning raw data into actionable insights. Strong ownership mindset, structured thinking, and comfort with ambiguity. Ability to manage multiple priorities and move fast in a dynamic environment.

Exceptional communication skills with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Experience in retail technology or adjacent industries is a strong advantage. Willingness to travel and engage directly with retail clients on-site. Advantage: Familiarity with fashion retail store operations and KPIs. Experience launching products that integrate into existing workflows. Background in analytics platforms or data-driven decision-making tools. Join us in shaping the future of connected retail.
