About Your RoleWe are looking for an experienced BI Analyst to join the Data Ecosystem team. You will become the team’s Tableau expert, creating reports and visualisations that address key business questions and empower end users with self-service analytics. Your focus will be both product- and business-oriented, acting as a partner to product managers and stakeholders. What you`ll be doingDesigning interactive and insightful dashboards in Tableau to monitor key product and business metricsData preparation and modeling: working with datasets and data marts from various sources (e. g.

, game telemetry, marketing data), collaborating with data engineers to integrate, transform, and load data into our data warehouses (ClickHouse, Databricks)Ensuring data quality and documentation, implementing checks and monitoring processes to maintain data integrity, so stakeholders can trust the numbersCollaborating in a cross-functional team, sharing best practices and contributing to the growth of a strong data culture across the companyWe hope that you haveExperience building dashboards in Tableau (our primary BI tool), including advanced features for calculations and interactivityStrong skills in SQL and databases:

ability to write complex and efficient queries, familiarity with Databricks and ClickHouseUnderstanding of ETL/ELT processes, including data transformation and data mart creationStrong analytical and business mindsetExcellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote cross-functional teamNice to haveExperience in the game development industry (familiarity with game analytics and player engagement metrics)Python skills for data analysis or automationExperience with implementing or working with advanced AI toolsWhat We OfferHealthcare Medical care program (including dental service) or medical care compensation are available for you wherever you wish to work.
