About Your RoleWe’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to identify commercially effective opportunities for scaling the company’s IP, launch and manage partnership projects that drive user acquisition and boost brand awareness. This is a unique opportunity to scale one of the most recognized gaming brands. About Your RoleWe’re looking for a BizDev Manager to help scale one of the most recognizable gaming IPs. You’ll be responsible for launching new partnership-driven initiatives, identifying unconventional user acquisition sources, and building long-term relationships with external players across the industry.
This is a high-impact role where you'll drive growth from scratch: pitch ideas, close deals, launch pilots, and scale what works. What You’ll Do: Identify and launch new user growth channels through partnerships with game studios, platforms, agencies, and creatorsBuild and manage a pipeline of external partners: from research and first contact to deal closure and project launchLead negotiations, structure commercial offers, align on deal termsCollaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, analytics, legal) to implement and support initiativesTest growth hypotheses:
run pilots, analyze key metrics (traffic, payments, retention, ARPPU), scale successful casesMonitor trends in UGC, the creator economy, and game advertising to apply best practices in new partnership formatsWhat We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business developmentProven ability to identify and launch unconventional partnership formatsSolid understanding of the mobile games market: advertising channels, performance metrics, game genresTrack record of deal-making and managing external partner relationshipsFluent English: written, verbal, and negotiation-readySelf-starter attitude with strong ownership and results orientationComfortable working in ambiguity and testing hypotheses fastNice To Have:
