About Your RoleWe’re looking for a skilled Creative Screenwriter to generate and develop concepts for ad creatives (videos, static images) for our browser-based project Hero Wars: Dominion Era.

What You’ll Be DoingDeveloping creative ideas for ad assets that align with the overall creative strategyVisualizing and presenting your concepts to the team in a clear and compelling waySelecting the most promising ideas using a data-driven approachOverseeing the creative production process from art and animation to the final ad, providing clear and high-quality feedbackAnalysing UA metrics and making decisions based on performance data (Optionally)We hope that you haveAt least 1.

5 years of experience in creative production for game projects in a director/creator roleExperience in writing scripts and briefs for different video formats (gameplay, narrative, promotional)A portfolio of released projects based on your scripts or produced under your supervisionAn analytical mindset and the ability to identify growth points for the business through creative solutionsBasic skills in photo/video editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)A strong sense of visual aesthetics and a producer’s instinct for spotting high-potential ideasExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate your thoughts and convey key information to the teamWhat We OfferHealthcare Medical care program (including dental service) or medical care compensation are available for you wherever you wish to work.
