Role DescriptionThis is an on-site contract role for an Executive Chef / Head Chef located in Benin City at Precious Palm Royal Hotel. The Executive Chef / Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. The daily tasks will include creating and testing new recipes, ensuring food quality and presentation, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
