Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Night Auditor at Mövenpick Waterpark Resort & Spa Soma Bay, located in Safaga. The Night Auditor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, assisting guests during overnight hours, handling check-in and check-out procedures, managing reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or issues. The role also entails performing nightly audits of hotel accounts to ensure compliance, balancing the day’s financial transactions, and preparing reports for management. Qualifications Experience with Receptionist Duties, including check-in, check-out, and maintaining guest recordsStrong competency in Reservations processes and handling room allocationsExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns effectivelyProficiency in Cash Handling and balancing financial transactionsAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently during night shiftsExperience with hotel property management systems is highly advantageousPrevious experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar position in the hospitality industry is an advantageA degree or certification in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
