Role DescriptionSenior Mechanical Tender Engineer will play a critical role in preparing cost-effective and competitive tender proposals, ensuring compliance with project requirements and technical specifications. Responsibilities include analyzing project scopes, preparing detailed cost estimations, reviewing technical and material submittals, and collaborating with the procurement and engineering teams. The role involves evaluating subcontractor quotations, preparing technical clarifications, and ensuring deadlines are met. QualificationsStrong expertise in mechanical engineering concepts, systems, and project implementationsExperience in preparing tender documentation, cost estimations, and competitive proposalsProficiency in analyzing engineering drawings and technical specificationsExcellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team membersAdvanced problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in project deliverablesFamiliarity with construction project timelines, local regulations, and industry standardsProficiency in relevant software and tools, including AutoCAD and MS Office SuiteBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience in relevant roles, preferably in construction or a related industryPrevious experience in supervisory roles and the ability to manage and lead teams
