Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Nha Trang for a Night Manager. The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing nightly operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, handling guest inquiries and complaints, managing the front desk, and coordinating with other departments to maintain smooth operations. The Night Manager will also be responsible for maintaining security and safety protocols during night hours, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Experience in hotel management, front desk operations, and customer serviceStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionallyKnowledge of safety and security proceduresProficiency in hotel management softwareFlexibility to work night shifts and weekendsFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plusBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
