For our User Development Team in Oslo, Norway we are looking for aDigital Marketer (m/f/x)Role: Drive data-driven growth through digital campaigns, analytics, and platform optimization. Key Responsibilities: Data & Analytics: Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for actionable insights. Set up and optimize tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and internal tools (TITAN). Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and UX across platforms. Campaign Execution: Plan, publish, and monitor paid/organic campaigns across platforms (APP, Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc. ). Create content calendar and media planing based ongoing activities quarterly.

Collaborate with creative teams (EU/HQ) to align assets (images/video) with platform-specific best practices. Explore and test new platforms. Content & Optimization: Design basic creatives using Photoshop (banners, social assets). Develop and segment email newsletters (3rd party tools/In-house tools). Update and Publish website/landing page content for SEO and conversion. Update and Publish content in NIO APP. Translate from english to norwegin text. Stakeholder Management: Follow up agencies (media, SEO, PR) to align strategies. Deliver clear performance reports (ROI, CTR, CPL). Required Skills: Expertise in GA4, GTM, and data visualization (Looker Studio/Tableau).

Proficiency in paid social/ad platforms and A/B testing tools. Basic design skills (Photoshop, Figma, Indesign) and CMS experience. Strong analytical mindset and agency collaboration skills. Translations from English to Norwegian. Supporting team on other tasks (on-site events, PR etc). Experience with CRM tools, CMS tools, UX principles, and HTML5 are a plus.
