NOC Engineer (Remote - US)

We are currently looking for a NOC Engineer in the United States.This role offers a dynamic opportunity to monitor, manage, and support critical IT infrastructure in a remote environment. As a NOC Engineer, you will provide Tier I technical support, troubleshoot system alerts, and ensure the reliability of network and server operations. You will work with a variety of IT tools, automate routine tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires proactive problem-solving, strong communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail in documentation and case management. You will interact with multiple stakeholders and have a direct impact on operational efficiency and service quality.
