Recruiting Talent Systems SpecialistAbout the RoleHand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is seeking a Recruiting Talent Systems Specialist with direct customer service experience working for an ATS or LMS platform. Candidates should have hands-on experience supporting or implementing ATS/LMS systems in a client-facing role (e.g., Implementation Manager, Client Support Specialist, Client Success). This is not a general HR, recruiting, or people operations role. This newly created role will streamline the recruiting experience for candidates, hiring managers and our franchised spas - driving automation and AI adoption across the recruiting function.  You will own our candidate experience—optimizing our ATS, driving automation and AI utilization, holding vendors accountable for performance, managing vendor partnerships, and delivering training at scale to our 600 franchised spas across the U.S. This is a unique opportunity to streamline recruiting processes, educate franchisees on best practices and champion an exceptional candidate journey. What You’ll DoOwn our recruiting platforms and relationships ·      Serve as the internal expert for our applicant tracking system—configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, workflow design, and user education.·       Implement new features, automation, and AI-driven enhancements that improve efficiency and the candidate journey.·      Identify gaps in the candidate experience and lead continuous improvements grounded in data.·      Manage in-process recruiting programs and initiatives to support franchisees based on their individual need.      Lead vendor relationships·      Develop and deliver scalable training programs in partnership with our recruiting vendors (Including Indeed, Career Plug and Paradox) for large audiences with varied technical skill.·      Own relationships with ATS and job board partners ensuring performance, ROI, and alignment with franchised owner’s hiring needs.·      Proactively hold vendors accountable for deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics. ·      Test new features, run pilots, and evaluate platform capabilities with a data-driven approach. Drive insights with Data·      Build dashboards, monitor usage trends, and create insights that guide decision-making across the franchise network.·      Track and report on KPIs tied to system adoption, training impact, process improvements, and other KPIs related to the overall company labor strategy. What You Bring·      At least two years’ experience working for an ATS or LMS platform in a direct customer support or client education role. Experience specifically in client-facing implementation, onboarding, troubleshooting, or customer success roles is strongly preferred.  ·      Comfortable configuring ATS/LMS tools, interpreting data, surfacing trends, and making recommendations based on metrics. A track record of improving systems and processes to make recruiting more effective.·      Experience in applying automation and AI tools within talent technology.·      Strong understanding of recruiting processes and how to scale, and educate on these processes in a high volume, frontline employee setting. ·      Ability to simplify technical workflows and influence non-technical audience·      Familiarity with job boards (especially Indeed) and experience managing vendor relationships.·      Strong data and reporting skills. You are comfortable identifying data gaps and measuring the impact of initiatives. ·      Highly self-sufficient, productive in a remote environment, and able to manage a high volume of needs across a franchise network.      Preferred·      Project management experience supporting system implementations, pilots, or multi-step technical rollouts. ·      Experience delivering scaled education or training (live and virtual) to large groups with varied technical skill levels.·      Background knowledge of talent acquisition workflows and high-volume hiring.
