Role DescriptionDevelop and execute the overall strategy for the Card Center aligned with Nomin Holding’s goals. Ensure regulatory compliance with all local and international standards related to card operations. Lead the implementation of new card products, features, and technologies.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), risk factors, and service quality. Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Marketing, Customer Service, and Finance teams. Manage the department budget, human resources, and vendor contracts. Drive process improvement and operational efficiency within the center. Train, mentor, and develop Card Center staff to enhance team performance.
